Q:  How can we hire Shufeldt Consulting?

A:  There are two ways to engage Shufeldt Consulting:

1. Engagement by the hour:  Your organization will be charged based upon the hours spent working on the issues we collectively identify.  Our team will work efficiently in order to complete the work and help your medical practice achieve its goals in the minimum amount of hours necessary.
2. Monthly Retainer:  Your organization will be charged a flat, low monthly retainer based upon the number of centers in your organization.  You will have immediate access to our team during normal business hours and after hours in the case of emergencies.  You will also have access to downloadable forms, policies, procedures and standing order sets as well as a forum of other owners in our secure urgent care blog.  If you need help with specific projects (i.e. contract review, financial modeling, etc.) our hourly rates will be discounted by 30%.
